Consultancy projects are governed by individual statements of work or service agreements agreed before commencement. In the absence of a separate agreement: • Payment terms are due as specified in our proposal. • Work product developed exclusively for a client will be assigned to the client upon full payment. • We retain the right to use general methodologies, frameworks and know-how developed during engagements. • Client data shared during engagements is treated as confidential and used solely to deliver the agreed services.

Our website and content are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any content or services. AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors — they should be reviewed by qualified professionals before reliance. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your requirements or that results will be error-free.
